Back in the days of Clinton and Obama, Ginsburg’s presence on the bench was a symbol of progress. In the days of Trump, she was a bulwark. Almost nine years ago, in early December, I took my younger daughter, Phoebe, to Disney World to celebrate her fifth birthday.
